Free Birdhouse Workshop
Here's a fantastic freebie: Lowe's is offering a birdhouse workshop for children on February 21st. The event is from 10 in the morning until 1 in the afternoon. Kids will learn to put together and then decorate their very own birdhouse, which is such a rewarding project. My niece did one last year and still watches for birds in hers. To join, you have to register online through their specific workshop page. Select your store, pick a time, and submit the participant info. Your booking confirmation is your ticket, so don't forget it. This is an in-store event only, and all registrations are final. A perfect opportunity to get crafty.
